How we manage your project:

You can rest assured when you choose to work with us as our highly skilled and dedicated ‘Project Management Team’ will oversee the whole process from the initial detailed technical drawings, right through to completion of the final handover. We understand that project changes happen and because we continually liaise with you and your team we have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to your new requests or project critical amends, meaning they are implemented efficiently whilst still adhering to your project deadline. A member of our team will regularly attend site meetings to ensure that progress updates are provided; this also allows us to build strong relationships with other contractors making collaboration simple and easy for you.

A good example of work we are currently completing would include:

Overseeing new build installation for Halfords Group which includes the installation of three phase ramp equipment, energy efficient LED lighting, energy management via control devices (Intruder Alarm) valve cut off management and much more. We are also overseeing a major overhaul of front of house reception refurbishments whilst centres are fully open and we pride ourselves in making sure that we do not disrupt the business in any way we can whilst meeting strict deadlines. We also work with Aston & Fincher group meeting their high maintenance schedules and again overseeing their new build developments/refurbishments. We maintain up to date EICR reporting and emergency lighting too. CTS have been involved in the builds of many National Tyres again installing three phase electrics and energy management services. We have commissioned a major emergency lighting project for Mackwell Electronics in the Galleria Abu Dhabi this consisted of working with local contractors out the United Arab Emirates.

Managing Director

Nigel has been in the ‘business’ for over 26 year years and has amounted a vast amount of knowledge of both the products and applications. He heads the team and is still very hands on with the development of systems and prides himself in ensuring bespoke systems for the customer’s needs – when Nigel is not at his desk, he enjoys a busy family life with his wife, little boy and dogs, and also is a keen formula Ford racing driver.



Contracts Manager

Richard has worked with Nigel for over 12 years, and is a very ‘hands on’ manager, you can still spot him on site regularly, keeping up with the legislations and ensuring the swift and correct execution of any of the projects we undertake. Automative services is Richard specialist area, in which he prides himself in programming works and maintenance, with as little disruption to your business as possible – when Richard is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, and as a passionate football fan enjoys watching his team play.



Technical Manager

Steve has been with CTS for over 7 years now, and heads our Technical Department and ensures that all technical applications, systems and installations are maintained, we have a strong research and development ethic which Steve continues to improve for the benefit of our customers and ourselves a like – Steve spends his free time with his wife and young daughter, and also is a keen sportsman, from frequenting the gym to playing football and golf.



Office Manager

Mandy has been part of the Chaser team for just over 4 years now, and makes sure that the Admin office and accounts are running as smoothly as they can, she works closely with the service desk manager to ensure that the team are deployed efficiently and with the customer’s requirements at the forefront. Also working closely with the suppliers to ensure the best deals which we then pass on to the customer – when not at work Mandy loves experimenting with recipes and has very proficient critics in her grown up family.



Service Desk Manager

Kelly is the newest member of the team, and has been with us for almost a year, she comes from an experienced Customer Services background and uses this talent to ensure that the service and maintenance of customer old and new is the best it can be. Kelly prides herself in making sure that all rountine maintenance of system applications is carried out punctually – at home Kelly and her partner enjoy fishing, and Kelly is at the moment writing a novel which she hope to have published one day.
